Dear Friends,

First I would like to express my gratitude to all of you for selecting me as yours’ representative. I am feeling blessed and honored to become your representative.... Friends for me every member is a member, no matter what his financial status is or how much experience he has; as ultimately we have to work for betterment of all of us. You are well aware that our organization is now around 30 years old, so we have a good number of experienced members as well as enthusiastic young members and my first priority is to develop teamwork spirit as well as to encourage the participation level of members for future so that we will never have short of leaders. We are already in the planning phase for protecting members’ rights, finding solution for financial trust among members and utilizing money for members’ welfare. More details will be discussed in forthcoming meetings. Being your representative, I can assure you that, I will always welcome any suggestions or complaints, no matter how big or small it may be, and will be ready to discuss with members and team of representatives elected by you, so I request you all, not to hesitate to send your suggestion.
Once again I am expressing my thanks deep from my heart for giving me opportunity to represent you. I will try to never let you down.
